Our client is looking for a Senior Contract Manager. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President, have a strong technical background and education. Responsibilities will include: -Working with sets of construction drawings and tendering them to a fine scope -Negotiating with trades, consultants and suppliers - Working on high rise condos, and retail properties -This position requires an independant thinking who can work without supervision
