Our top tier client is looking for a bilingual (French and English) individual with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages, and 1 to 2 years experience processing orders and managing customer's accounts. A University Degree is required. In addition to your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to be the successful candidate, you are highly organized and have proven ability to prioritize your work. You are analytical and able to understand clients' requests and resolve problems. You thrive in a fast paced environment, are customer focused and detail oriented; you are known for delivering exceptional customer service in order to develop solid relationships. You are a proactive team player who is able to work with minimal supervision, takes initiative and makes suggestions to participate in process improvement. Advanced computer skills are required; proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and knowledge of SAP or AS400, EDI or similar programs. An understanding of project management methodology (i.e. Six Sigma) is a definite asset.

Responsibilities:
As part of the Customer Service Team, you will be the primary point of contact for the company customers, both internal and external, proactively offering solutions to resolve issues. You will process orders and communicate with customers regarding product information, back orders, stock availability and delivery inquiries. You will coordinate and follow-up with sales, distribution, supply chain planning, inventory control and accounts receivable to ensure customer requirements are met. In addition, you will gather information and initiate the processing of returns, handle product and service complaints. You will build strong relationships with key accounts, assess customer issues and recommend appropriate solutions, as well as support customer focused teams and company initiatives.
