Qualifications:
One of our clients is currently looking to expand their estimating team with intermediate and senior level estimators. Preference will be given to candidates with the following: - 3 to 5 years experience in an estimating role within a construction company specializing in ICI projects valued up to 5 million - Professional Quantity Surveyor designation - Good communication skills - Good computer skills - Ability to work on multiple builds concurrently This is an opportunity to join a small but growing company. Responsibilities:
Within this position you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: - Performing quantity take-offs and sub trade tender calls - organizing, preparing, and closing lump sum bids
