Our client is one of Canada's pre-eminent high-rise condominium builder-developers with a reputation for quality and integrity and has received numerous industry awards in recognition of exceptional customer service and excellence. Due to their continued growth they are looking for Project Managers with high-rise condominium development experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the following: - 3-5 years of related Canadian construction experience. - Post secondary education in a related field (i.e. Architectural Technology, Project Management, Surveying, Estimating) - Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate with outside organizations and select groups within the organization; - Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. - Thorough knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, tendering and award process; - Proficient computer skills using Microsoft word, Excel and Project Management. -Flexibility with strong organizational and time management skills. - Knowledge of trades and strong relationship building skills

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of detailed quantity take-offs and budgets on all tendered projects - Evaluation of prototype drawings and preparation of preliminary budgets - Tendering of projects to General Contractors and sub-trades and evaluation of their results
